Education is the greatest crown for humanism. As a social animal, man got great benefit from education. Whether man or woman, education is necessary for both because both are the part of a social set-up at equal basis. It is quite irrational to give the right of education to one and deny the same to the other.

Some may think that education will interfere a woman’s household duties but, actually, it is not so. This is only a matter of time management and she can perform well at both fronts. Other members of the family should also cooperate with her in discharging her duties.

A mother can get the knowledge of medical and home economics which may help her managing her home well and keep her children healthy and strong to face the challenges of life. She may enable them to become useful citizens of a society. She can nurse her husband and children aptly with the help of relevant education. She may prevent them from diseases. She may take care of them properly and hygienically.

Education can enable a woman to avoid the trap of quacks and frauds. She can perceive the cause and effect of every happening and manage to take steps in the right direction. Education makes a woman a fit companion because a congenial relationship cannot be established between an educated husband and an uneducated wife.

History is replete with the description of great women in every age. The list of such women would have been longer if they had enjoyed the same rights of development as were given to men.

A child’s whole future life depends upon the teachings and training it receives at home by its mother. It is an evident fact that an ignorant mother cannot lay the first foundation of education for her child. On all these grounds female education is a basic necessity of a household. It has been rightly said that if you educate a man, you educate an individual but if you educate a woman, you educate a family.

Uneducated mothers are generally superstitious. They misguide others under their supervision and thus create panic in urgencies.

An educated woman can help her family by gaining an employment in the time of adversity. It is an established fact that education is very necessary for women. Therefore, more schools, colleges and universities must be set up for them. Another important aspect is that the girls should choose the subjects which may be beneficial for them in their practical life. They should not follow men in this regard. They should devise their own plans of life and fulfill them according to their needs.
